24-Hour Refund Window: A full refund is available if the client requests a refund within 24 hours of payment and before project initiation.
Refunds After Initiation (Partial Only): Once the project has been initiated (design or development work started), only a partial refund is possible based on actual work completed and costs incurred. Example: If 50% of the work is completed, 50% of the total project amount will be retained and the remaining 50% will be refunded.
Requests Outside 24 Hours (Not Started): If a cancellation request is made after 24 hours but before project initiation, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to a cancellation fee/deductions.
Maintenance & Upgrades: Costs associated with maintenance and upgrades are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Final Delivery: After full delivery/hand-over of services, no refunds or reversals will be entertained.
