Cancellation and Refunds

Refunds are not offered once a project has been initiated, defined as the commencement of design or development work.
Costs associated with maintenance and upgrades are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Cancellation requests made before the project initiation will be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to deductions for cancellation fees.
All services delivered are final, and no refunds or reversals will be entertained after delivery.
